Shipping Announcement - Free shipping is offered when buying over a certain amount - please refer to below. Due to local shipping handlers, there may incur a shipping delay depending on your local courier. We endeavour to keep you up to date throughout and if you have any queries please contact us and we can investigate it with you.

Standard and express delivery for both national and international orders are available. Orders will not be shipped out during holidays or weekends, but will be sent the following business day.
Orders will be shipped out same day as long as orders are recieved by 12pm AEST.
When you receive your initial shipping confirmation email, your product has been prepared and shipping details printed and is being prepared for shipment. It has not yet been received by the courier.
National delivery (AUSTRALIA)
National orders are shipped via the standard or express network with Australia Post.
National Standard & Express: rates are calculated at checkout from Australia Post. Rates are based on your location and order weight

Standard: expect delivery within 1 - 7 business days
Express: FREE when you spend over $120 and expect delivery within 1 - 3 business days

Please note: deliveries may differ and take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, issues with the couriers or variety of reasons.
International Delivery
Standard international: FREE when you spend over $120 and orders are shipped via Australia Post and their partner courier in your country. This takes 3 - 12 business days depending on the delivery region.
Express international: FREE when you spend of $170 and orders are shipped via AusPost Express. AusPost Express takes 2 - 7 business days depending on the delivery region.
Please note: international deliveries may differ and take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, customs, your country's policies, issues with the couriers or variety of reasons.
In some circumstances and countries; duties, taxes, courier brokerage fees are not included and may be charged to you by the courier in your country. We only pay the international shipping rates.
We suggest for international deliveries be aware of your custom policies in your country by contacting your local custom office, post office and general courier services.
