How does your Pre-Order work?
Pre-Orders will commence on selected time frames - please check emails/social media for updates. Selected amount of stock will be available for pre-order during the time of availability or until sold out.
Please keep in mind of the dates, and times, and that the shipping of your products will not commence to be shipped till Launch date/shipping date.
As per our Donation page, this will count to our donations for the bi-monthly rotation.

Are these clothes for men only?
No, most products we offer will be of a unisex variety, please check individual items or feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We will be looking to introduce our Women's line in the near future!


How does your donation program work?
Our donation program operates Bi-Monthly (every 2 months) donating 5 percent of profits to chosen charities from the stories our customers provide to us. 
If no stories or acceptable charities have been provided, we will choose a charity either from previous or continue the current charity.

What do I do if my delivery is taking too long?
If your order is taking longer than expected please understand that unfortunate events may arise so in this case, please check your tracking number and contact the transport carrier of your product. In most cases, the transport carrier may be able to resolve or provide an update quickly.

If this does not resolve your issue, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@therightfitco.com.au and we will endeavour to assist you.


Do you ship internationally
Yes we do! We offer international shipping at both standard and express rates

International deliveries are FREE when you spend $200 or more!

Deliveries can take anywhere from 3-21 business days depending where in the world you are - we suggest you view our Shipping and Delivery to learn more about it.


What delivery options do you offer nationally
We offer standard and express shipping options for national orders.

Express national deliveries are FREE when you spend $120 or more!

Deliveries can take anywhere from 1-14 business days depending where you are in Australia - we suggest you visit our Shipping and Delivery to learn more about it.


Can I change or cancel my order
In any circumstance where you would require to change or cancel an order, especially after the order has been processed. Please contact us at info@therightfitco.com.au and we will endeavour to get back to you and assist you with your situation. 

If your order is already in shipment you will need to follow through with our Returns Process.

You have changed your mind, can I exchange or change my item?
If you have changed your mind, in circumstances where our conditions and policies are met you may be able to exchange your item.

I received a wrong or faulty item?
We apologise for any inconvenience! We do offer full refunds in circumstances where it is the wrong item or faulty. 
Please send us an email at info@therightfitco.com.au and we will endeavour to solve the issue.
Please do not alter the product from its original state and refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.
